Our Expert Process

After your initial call to Riverside Roofing, the first step is to meet with one of our estimators to inspect the condition of your roof, answer all your questions and go over the different options we can provide you.

Before a project is started, a production manager will meet with you to go over specifics on your upcoming project. The goal is to ensure we establish dumpster locations, start times and areas needing additional protection, like plants and shrubs. These are important parts of the pre-construction process. Discussing these areas helps manage expectations for your upcoming project.

Once our crews start the tear-off portion of the project, they carefully inspect the existing surface to identify any hidden issues. We replace any framing or plywood that is damaged so that you have a solid surface for your new roof.

After the project is complete, your production manager will inspect the installation, verify that all debris has been cleaned up and go over any questions you have about the future maintenance of your roof.
